Cranborne Chase I
On Marleycombe Hill
This was one of those rare occasions when I managed to escape from work early enough to go out with my camera. There was quite a breeze on the hillside and the clouds meant that the slope was alternately bathed in sun or shadow. The grass on the hillside was scattered with orchids, but the breeze was too stiff to use them as a foreground. A ND graduated filter was used to darken down the sky.
Equipment Canon EOS 5D, 28-200mm lense, tripod, polarising filter, ND grad.
